Spoiled / she was born with a silver spoon I have had this beautiful vintage wooden dovetailed box for years- when I came across this antique French bisque girl- I knew that they belonged together. As she came au natural- with nothing but her blue painted boots- I gave her a wonderful vintage clothing label as a sash which reads “mademoiselle Hortense marchande de frivolities Paris”. She stands atop a Victorian silk embroidered pincushion, and she is holding her silver spoon. |
