I love old photos!  I have been fortunate to inherit a few family albums of long ago relatives from Scotland on my father’s side and Australia on my mothers. 
When at flea markets or antique shows I try to be good-(not adding to my overly large collections of way too much stuff)- but my will power dissolves when I see the endearing  face of a child clutching a well loved toy, the eastern European family just leaving Ellis island, the hint of a smile on the newly married young grooms face.  I CANNOT resist!
Even not knowing whom some of these faces are-
I feel a connection.
