Bio

I have been fortunate to have art in my life as long as I can remember....
Having a mother with a master's degree in art history and a father who was a professional musician, I was exposed to many creative processes. While I enjoy and explore other creative mediums, sewing and vintage textiles are my passion. I acquired my first quilt when I was 10 years old. I was walking home from school and saw a beautiful crazy quilt covering someone's trash cans. I marched up to the door, asked if I could buy the quilt, handed over my lunch money for the week, and came home with my treasure. This love affair has continued through the years. I become a self-taught quilter, an antique textile dealer and storeowner. My primary focus is now the creation and development of my art.
